Homes Beach Island Branch Library

Experienced American mahjong players meet here on:

  • Tuesdays & Fridays
  • 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

This group is for experienced players only—no beginner instruction is offered. Players are typically expected to bring their own set. Since schedules can change, it’s best to call ahead before visiting.


The Paradise Center

A short drive from Anna Maria Island, The Paradise Center offers both play and learning opportunities.

Experienced play:

  • Tuesdays, 1:00 – 3:00 PM
  • Reservations required
  • Non-members: $15 per session

Tables are open play, and players should bring their own mahjong set.

Beginner classes:
Offered every other month for those just getting started.

  • $20 per class (non-members)
  • Membership option: $50 + discounted class rate
